The industry of banking has a very vital role and strategic in Indonesia's economic matters. National banking industry has experienced the dynamics since the enactment of deregulation in the monetary sector. The government through by Bank Indonesia (BI) as the monetary authority has presented the various wisdom that directly influenced the structure, the behavior and work force of the national banking industry. Various government’s wisdom as a response to the dynamics of national economy include monetary crisis in 1997-1998 which has broken the stability of national economy and the banking industry in Indonesia. This study intend to find out the structure of Indonesia's banking industry during the 2003-2008, make analyze the influence of the structure and behavior / strategy of the company (bank) on firm’s work force. The data that used in this study are panel data from 2003-2008 with a sample of this study is 82 commercial banks. The model of analysis that used in this research is method of Fixed Effects Model (FEM). This study also aimed to compare between the two approaches / mazhab (hypotheses) that can describe the true condition of the banking industry in Indonesia. The first approach is the Structure-Conduct- Performance (SCP) approach, while the second approach is the Relative Efficiency (RE) approach. The results showed that both of Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) approaches and Relative Efficiency (RE) approaches can describe the condition of banks in Indonesia, this point shows that the work force of the company (profit) is influenced by the structure of the industry through a proxy the ratio of assets (RA) and also influenced by the efficiency of the company through a proxy of market share (MS). Besides that, the point also obtained the result, that the Net Interest Margin (NIM) variable has positive impact and significant to profit. While the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable, the Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable, the non-performing loans (NPLs) variable and the Owner variable was not significantly impact to profit

This study aims at determining whether or not there are significant different swimming achievements in dolphin, back, and breast stroke styles for 100 meters between male and female adolescents in the age of 11-12 years. The growth of male and female adolescents in this age is very different, especially that the female adolescents’ height. In addition, the female adolescents’ bodies can float easier than males’ because of their body and skeleton lighter mass. The populations were swimmers divided into three age groups (11-12 years). They were swimmers who participated in Junior and Senior Swimming National Competition year 2001 held in Jakarta. The data were collected through document analysis. The populations were divided using purposive sampling. There were 13 male and 12 female swimmers for the dolphin style, 15 male and 16 female swimmers for the back style, and 13 male and 12 female swimmers for the breast stroke style. The hypothesis was tested through the t test with the significant level of 1%. The results of analyses show that the achievements of male and female swimmers in 100-meter swim in dolphin style, back style, and breast stroke style were not significantly different. The result on the dolphin style was t-observation 2.1619 < t-table 2.807. For the back style, the t-observation was 0.2306 < t-table 2.756. Finally, the result of the analysis on the breast stroke style was t-observation 1.7975 < t-table 2.807. Thus, it can be concluded that male and female swimmers can compete equally in dolphin, back, and breast stroke styles for 100-meter swim in the three age groups (11-12 years)

This study aims to analyze how the influence of the determinant variable housing prices from demand and supply in the Indonesian property market both in the short and long term. Several variables that are believed to theoretically as a determinant of housing prices from demand side among others economic growth (real GDP growth), interest rates and apartment prices as variable price of investment property assets other than housing while components of construction costs, consisting wage of construction workers and price of construction materials are determinant of housing prices from supply side. In addition, researchers are also use dummy variabel beause in this study consider the existence of LTV ratios policies that affect the housing price that began to be applied Bank of Indoenesua in 2013. This research was conducted using Autoregressive Distributed Lag analysis model. Before the model analysis conducted, it is necessary to do a cointegration test with Bound Test to see whether there is cointegration between variables in long term. Estimation results show that in the short run, real GDP growth, interest rate, apartment price growth as another asset variable, production cost, and dummy of LTV policy as determinant of housing price have a significant influence to change of housing prices in Indonesia property market on different lags. Meanwhile, in the long run the variables affecting change of housing prices in the property market significantly include growth of real GDP, interest rates, the growth of apartment prices as other property asset variables, production costs, as well as the dummy of LTV policy as the determinant of house / housing prices have a significant effect on changes in house prices in the Indonesian property market. However, in the long run the influence of the price of building materials on changes in property prices in this case the house / housing is not in accordance with the hypothesis, because it has a negative effect. When the price of building materials increased, property prices in this case decreased
